Office and Client Service Coordinator

• Greet and welcome walk-in customers, monitor and respond to customer requests, and answer phones.
• Provide administrative support to managers, supervisors, and sales staff.
• Receive and log samples, generate sample reports and invoices, and manage open orders and workflow.
• Act as liaison between customers and lab to facilitate completion of work.

This role ensures efficient and accurate laboratory operations, directly supporting environmental testing services that contribute to public health and safety.

• High level of focus and detail-oriented accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
• Experience with sample receipt/processing and bottle kit orders preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
