Nutrition Nurse Implementer

• Provide technical and operational leadership to strengthen the quality of nutrition care in MSF projects.
• Develop context-adapted nutrition strategies and ensure adherence to MSF protocols.
• Build capacity of nursing staff through training, mentorship, and communities of practice.
• Conduct in-person and remote support visits to improve nutrition program quality.

This role directly improves the quality and effectiveness of nutrition care in underserved populations, reducing malnutrition-related morbidity and mortality in low-resource settings.

• Nursing degree and post-graduate qualification in paediatrics/global health.
• 5+ years of nursing experience with minimum 3 years in low-resource health settings working in nutrition programmes.
• Both paediatric inpatient nursing and primary healthcare experience.
• English & French OR English & another language.

Employment contract based on 40 hours per week, one-year contract with renewal option. Compensation package and benefits depend on country of domicile and local labor law. Temporary position for 18 months with 70% project-based support and 30% remote support.
