Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead the planning and implementation of the Novel Voices curriculum, including defining coursework and benchmarks in collaboration with online instructors.
  • Manage operational logistics, including space usage agreements, instrument procurement, and program certifications.
  • Spearhead the launch of new sites by managing student selection, securing physical spaces, sourcing instruments, and defining curriculum.
  • Maintain regular communication with field coordinators, teaching artists, and international partners, and recruit new teaching artists.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Arts Management, Education, Non-profit Management, Music, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in program management, preferably in arts education, non-profit, or international development.
  • Demonstrated track record of extreme organization, prompt communication, and ability to drive complex workflows using project management software (e.g., Asana, Slack).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and exceptional cross-cultural communication abilities.
