Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional Sales Operations team of 4 to deliver high-value support and drive consistency.
  • Act as an adviser to the Northern Regional Sales RVP, proactively assess go-to-market coverage and performance, and resolve fundamental issues.
  • Drive sales operational excellence by defining seller activities, productivity benchmarks, and pipeline best practices.
  • Orchestrate regional planning including quota allocation, territory alignments, and resource optimization.
