Mission
What you will drive
- Lead financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for a portfolio of 10-12 nonprofit clients.
- Oversee bookkeeping operations, including QuickBooks Online reconciliations and month-end close processes.
- Prepare and file 990-Series Forms, support audits, and develop financial process improvements.
- Manage client onboarding and accounting projects while mentoring Finance Managers and Bookkeepers.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 3 years experience leading the finance function of a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
- Advanced QuickBooks skills (ProAdvisor Certified preferred) and proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and other financial tools.
- Proven experience with 990 preparation, nonprofit audits, FASB/GAAP requirements, and restricted funds management.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, and client service skills with ability to manage 10-12 clients.
