What you will drive
- Maintain continuous audit-ready financial records and ensure compliance with federal Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200) and Single Audit requirements.
- Lead annual budget development, financial reporting, and provide strategic financial guidance to the CEO and Board of Directors.
- Champion financial process automation and streamline workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive financial management experience, preferably in nonprofit or federally grant-funded environment.
- Strong knowledge of Uniform Guidance (2 CFR 200), Single Audit, and GAAP nonprofit fund accounting.
- Experience with Sage Intacct or comparable nonprofit accounting software and interest in financial process automation.
