Mission
What you will drive
- Manage a portfolio of 300+ donors, building lasting relationships and soliciting gifts primarily between $1,000 and $9,999.
- Develop and implement personalized strategies for donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and upgrading to increase retention and build a pipeline for major gifts.
- Collaborate with the Director of Annual Giving to create multi-channel annual appeal processes and oversee donor acknowledgment and recognition plans.
