Mission

What you will drive

  • Drive revenue growth by building meaningful client relationships and helping infrastructure owners solve complex challenges using the AUTOSPEX® platform.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure, collaborating with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Sales teams.
  • Identify and research potential clients within the civil infrastructure sector, generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets, including quarterly and annual revenue goals.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; basic understanding of civil engineering/infrastructure is a plus.
  • 3–5+ years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in infrastructure, SaaS, construction tech, or engineering services.
  • Proven track record of success in enterprise sales with a focus on B2B & B2G solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, strong negotiation and closing skills, and familiarity with CRM systems.
