Position Summary The Financial Womenโs Association (FWA) seeks a highly organized and community-oriented professional to support the administration and coordination of its Next Gen Educational Programs. This part-time pilot role is primarily administrative in nature, with cross-program visibility and responsibility for supporting impact tracking, communications, and operational excellence. Reporting to the Executive Director/Chief Operating Officer and working closely with Educational Initiatives Chair, program committee chairs and members, this role supports the delivery of high-quality, well-documented programs that serve high school students, college students, and emerging professionals. Core Responsibilities Program Administration & Coordination Coordinate scheduling, logistics, and communications for mentoring programs, scholarship cycles, internship sessions, mentor recruitment and onboarding, and related programming. Track scholarship applications, approvals, and disbursements. Serve as administrative liaison among mentors, mentees, committee members, colleges, and partners. Identify leadership conference opportunities and communicate across programs Provide logistical and technology support for virtual and in-person events. Attend in person kickoff and closing events and other periodic in-person programs. Community Engagement & Cross-Program Support Manage coordinated outreach to program participants and alumni via email and social media in partnership with the Marketing & Membership team. Identify opportunities to strengthen connection between high school, college, internship, and alumni participants to build a cohesive Next Gen community pipeline. Support cross-program communications and ensure continuity across initiatives. Data Management & Impact Reporting Maintain and update participant records within FWAโs existing database systems; identify opportunities for improved tracking. Compile participation metrics and prepare annual impact reports and grant-related documentation as needed. Track grant-related program requirements, documentation and reporting
