What you will drive
- Monitor network, server, and application performance using NOC monitoring tools.
- Investigate and resolve Level 2 network incidents and service disruptions.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and coordinate with Level 1 support teams.
- Manage incidents, problems, and change requests according to ITIL processes.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 4–6 years of experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) or Network Support roles.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Spanning-Tree, ACL, Port-Channel, and redundancy protocols.
- Experience troubleshooting switching and routing protocols (OSPF, EIGRP, BGP).
- Hands-on experience with Cisco products and Palo Alto/Fortinet security products.
