What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Own regional network growth targets, commercial performance, and contribution to network P&L for EV charging network expansion across NCR region
- Drive sales of multiple network models (owned, franchise, partner-led, revenue-share) and manage landlord acquisition, commercial models, and local stakeholder management
- Liaise with DISCOMs to secure EV power connections and manage contractors for power application, approvals, and meter energization
- Build strong working relationships with landlords, DISCOMs, Charge Point Operators, vendors, and local authorities to scale the network rapidly

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 5-7 years experience in sales and operations within electricity-related industries (Electric Vehicles, Solar, Parking Management, or Battery Storage)
- Proven ability to close commercial deals and manage regional P&L
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- High sense of ownership and agility in work approach
