NERC Compliance Specialist [Remote]

• Ensure effective regulatory compliance to NERC Operations and Planning (O&P) Standards by providing guidance to support operational business units.
• Maintain and revise compliance program infrastructure, including policies, programs, and procedures related to NERC O&P Standards.
• Prepare, coordinate, and support compliance audits conducted by internal resources, consultants, or regulatory organizations.
• Coordinate resolution of compliance issues, document potential violations, and ensure timely adherence to new/revised regulatory obligations.

This role ensures the reliability of the Bulk Power System through rigorous compliance with NERC standards, supporting the transition to a sustainable energy future by enabling clean energy solutions.

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline required.
• Five (5+) or more years of experience in a compliance or audit role required.
• Technical knowledge and experience with NERC Operations & Planning standards required.
• Excellent communication, leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.

Salary range: $107,200 to $178,600 annually (estimated starting pay $128,610 to $150,045).
