Mission
What you will drive
- Ensure effective regulatory compliance to NERC Operations and Planning (O&P) Standards by providing guidance to support operational business units.
- Maintain and revise compliance program infrastructure, including policies, programs, and procedures related to NERC O&P Standards.
- Prepare, coordinate, and support compliance audits conducted by internal resources, consultants, or regulatory organizations.
- Coordinate resolution of compliance issues, document potential violations, and ensure timely adherence to new/revised regulatory obligations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline required.
- Five (5+) or more years of experience in a compliance or audit role required.
- Technical knowledge and experience with NERC Operations & Planning standards required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
