NERC Compliance Specialist (O&P) [Remote]

• Ensure effective regulatory compliance to NERC Operations and Planning (O&P) Standards by providing guidance to support and enhance operational business unit's risk management.
• Maintain and revise EDFps compliance program infrastructure, including policies, programs, and procedures related to NERC O&P Standards.
• Prepare, coordinate, and support compliance audits conducted by internal resources, consultants, or regulatory organizations.
• Coordinate resolution of compliance issues, document and submit potential violations, and ensure timely adherence to new/revised NERC obligations.

This role ensures the reliability of the Bulk Power System by promoting rigorous compliance with NERC standards, thereby supporting the safe and reliable integration of renewable energy into the grid, which is essential for the transition to a sustainable energy future.

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline required.
• Five (5+) or more years of experience working in a compliance or audit role required.
• Technical knowledge and experience with NERC Operations & Planning standards required.
• Excellent communication, leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.
