What you will drive
- Grow overall sales revenues and profitability for Portable products and aftermarket business in North America.
- Position Sullair as a preferred supplier to all sales channels and customer accounts.
- Directly manage, develop, and support Area Sales Managers to achieve sales targets.
- Analyze prospects, manage contracts, and negotiate agreements to secure orders.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 10+ years of successful and progressive experience in sales and managed markets required.

- 5+ years of experience with developing and changing distribution partners.
- Bachelorโs degree required, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
