What you will drive

  • Grow overall sales revenues and profitability for Portable products and aftermarket business in North America.
  • Position Sullair as a preferred supplier to all sales channels and customer accounts.
  • Directly manage, develop, and support Area Sales Managers to achieve sales targets.
  • Analyze prospects, manage contracts, and negotiate agreements to secure orders.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years of successful and progressive experience in sales and managed markets required.
  • 10+ years of experience in a manufacturing product environment required.
  • 5+ years of experience with developing and changing distribution partners.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration; MBA preferred.
