National Organizing Director, Party at the Polls

• Lead the implementation of the nationwide Party at the Polls grant program and manage a team of organizers executing the program on the ground.
• Drive grant strategy and oversee disbursement of the Party at the Polls Fund.
• Manage partnership agreements, MOUs, and joint effort agreements to ensure partner accountability and alignment.
• Support voter protection strategies by deploying resources to high-risk geographies and connecting partners with legal support.

This role directly increases voter turnout by implementing an evidence-backed program that transforms voting into a community celebration, particularly targeting underserved communities and closing voting gaps.

• 7+ years of professional experience, preferably in organizing, partnerships, and stakeholder engagement.
• 3+ years of direct supervisory or management experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading national organizing programs and/or partnership management.
• Experience executing grant-funded programs, including familiarity with reporting requirements and compliance.
