Mission
What you will drive
- Support and grow a network of alumni groups and leaders engaged in high-impact organizing to defend academic freedom and democratic values.
- Recruit and support university-specific alumni leadership teams, mobilize supporters, and execute campaigns including open letters, petitions, and public actions.
- Translate urgent campus developments into strategic alumni action, maintain digital organizing infrastructure, and track progress against goals.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Strong organizing skills with experience in campaign strategy, volunteer leadership, and coalition coordination.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with digital organizing tools, CRM, email, petition/action platforms, and campaign tracking systems.
- Ability to work nonpartisanly with diverse stakeholders and manage multiple workstreams under deadlines.
