Role details
Review and revise Togo's national e-commerce strategy 2022โ2026 to align with regional and continental frameworks and support digital trade development.
- Conduct rapid assessment of current strategy; identify achievements, gaps, and areas needing update for 2027โ2031 period.
- Facilitate inclusive stakeholder consultations with government, private sector, financial actors, and civil society to inform strategy revision.
- Collect and analyze primary and secondary data on e-commerce ecosystem factors: digital payments, connectivity, logistics, skills, and regulatory environment.
- Develop revised strategy document with budgeted action plan, institutional implementation mechanism, monitoring framework, and resource mobilization roadmap.
- Master's degree in economics, international commerce, or related field plus 5+ years in policy formulation, international trade, or development research required.
