What you will drive

  • Develop an original editorial concept and narrative approach for a bookazine publication.
  • Conduct research and trauma-informed interviews with women activists in Mexico, Guatemala, and Honduras.
  • Transform interviews and research into a compelling narrative work, weaving themes across multiple stories.
  • Lead the creative process from concept through final publication, coordinating with designers, editors, and other professionals.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Demonstrated experience in narrative journalism, literary non-fiction, long-form storytelling, or documentary storytelling.
  • Strong portfolio of published work and experience conducting sensitive, trauma-informed interviews.
  • Deep familiarity with social, political, and cultural contexts in Latin America.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; ability to manage creative projects and collaborate with other professionals.
