Multimedia Video Editor

• Serve as primary editor for day-to-day campaign videos, social media edits, and internal assets, ensuring professional-quality output aligned with THL branding.
• Brainstorm and pitch novel video concepts, create storyboards and mood boards, and translate campaign goals into actionable production plans.
• Integrate AI tools into post-production workflows to increase efficiency and elevate storytelling capabilities.
• Manage projects independently from intake through delivery, including stakeholder communication, timeline management, and iterative revisions.

This role creates compelling video content that exposes the cruelty of factory farming and advances THL's mission to end animal abuse, reaching diverse audiences to drive systemic change for farmed animals worldwide.

• Proficient experience in professional video editing and post-production, including basic animation, color grading, sound design, and compression across HD, 4K, RAW formats.
• High proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana, Slack) and strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 30-50 lbs and stand for long periods during filming.

Annual compensation: $68,473–$83,689 USD.
