Movement Grants Manager

• Manage the Movement Grants program including grantmaking, strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
• Co-create and evolve the program strategy in partnership with the Programs team and external animal advocacy experts.
• Lead grantmaking processes including planning, scheduling, implementation, and facilitating decision-making meetings.
• Track program metrics, monitor grantee progress, and conduct quarterly program evaluation and reporting.

This role directly supports the most effective animal advocacy organizations through strategic grantmaking, amplifying their impact and accelerating progress for animals.

• Experience in grantmaking, program management, or related field.
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to track metrics and conduct program evaluation.
• Experience coaching or supporting team members.
