Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning Manager

• Lead the design and implementation of monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning frameworks to measure program effectiveness.
• Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting to inform strategic decisions and improve educational outcomes.
• Build capacity of staff and partners in MERL practices and foster a culture of learning.

This role directly contributes to improving the quality of education for underserved students by ensuring programs are evidence-based and continuously improved through rigorous monitoring and learning.

• 5+ years of experience in monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning, preferably in education or international development.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, including data analysis and visualization.
• Experience with data management systems and tools (e.g., SPSS, Stata, Excel, or similar).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
