Michigan Regional Organizer, Grand Rapids

• Serve as RWB's on-the-ground presence in Grand Rapids, growing supporter base through events and campaigns.
• Organize and participate in in-person and virtual events to foster community and drive awareness of RWB's mission.
• Train local women on organizing techniques and empower them to become politically active.
• Build coalitions with key groups and stay informed on local political issues and races.

This role empowers suburban women in Michigan to become politically active and engaged, helping to defeat extremism and build a more inclusive democracy at the grassroots level.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and data skills; ability to speak confidently in front of groups.
• Experience with CRM systems preferred; EveryAction highly preferred.
• Ability to work some nights and weekends for events; frequent local travel required.
• Comfortable with social media, on-camera appearances, and building relationships with diverse communities.

Salary: $52,500 annually. Benefits include 75% coverage of medical, dental, and vision insurance premiums, employer 401(k) match after 90 days, generous paid vacation and sick time, flexible work schedule, and a family-friendly environment.
