Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as the first point of contact for current and prospective member agencies, driving member growth and retention.
- Plan and oversee the annual California Water Data Summit, webinars, and other member events.
- Manage member relationships, onboard new members, and connect them with CaDC's tools and benefits.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years of professional experience in member/customer success, account management, partnerships, or community management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage with both executive and frontline staff.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills; comfort working remotely with tools like Slack, Notion, Asana, Zoom.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject or equivalent professional experience.
