What you will drive

  • Serve as the first point of contact for current and prospective member agencies, driving member growth and retention.
  • Plan and oversee the annual California Water Data Summit, webinars, and other member events.
  • Manage member relationships, onboard new members, and connect them with CaDC's tools and benefits.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years of professional experience in member/customer success, account management, partnerships, or community management.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage with both executive and frontline staff.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills; comfort working remotely with tools like Slack, Notion, Asana, Zoom.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject or equivalent professional experience.
