Mission

What you will drive

  • Support day-to-day operations of the Membership & Communications team, including member engagement, membership operations, member recruitment, communications, marketing, and public relations.
  • Manage membership inquiries, contact records in AMS, committee rosters, event registration, and annual renewal campaigns.
  • Edit and layout content for email newsletters, websites, and marketing materials; coordinate podcast scheduling and digital marketing efforts.
  • Handle accounts receivable processes, coordinate with finance, and support virtual events and webinars.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 2-4 years of work experience in communications, membership, community engagement, customer relations, or related fields (including internships, apprenticeships, volunteer experience, or degree/certificate programs).
  • Superior attention to detail in writing, editing, and project execution.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new systems.
