Mission
What you will drive
- Lead EVgo's policy engagement and external affairs with state agencies, legislatures, and local governments.
- Draft written testimony in regulatory proceedings and serve as an expert witness on EV charging and rate design.
- Develop policy positions and strategy, manage outside counsel, and build coalitions with stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate policy outcomes into business operations and support commercial teams.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 6 years with a Master's; or 3 years with a PhD.
- Experience with lobbying disclosure forms and compliance, navigating regulatory dockets, and public speaking.
- Strong analytical and Excel modeling skills; ability to interpret utility tariffs and regulations.
- Excellent writing, presentation, and organizational skills; self-starter with ability to lead teams.
