Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead and steward a multi-year narrative and communications strategy to reach 100 million people.
  • Drive high-impact communications campaigns and partnerships with media, entertainment, brands, and influencers.
  • Build TSP's brand, visibility, and positioning through media relations, public relations, and storytelling.
  • Translate grantee and program insights into compelling stories that mobilize people and accelerate climate justice movement impact.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years of experience in narrative strategy, communications, campaigns, media/PR, or popular culture/culture change work.
  • Excellent writer, editor, and sense-maker with strong editorial judgment.
  • Proven ability to translate complex issues into clear, compelling, people-centered messages.
  • Experience leading high-impact, high-reach campaigns that have shaped popular culture and driven social change.

Salary range: $150,000 - $170,000.
