Managing Director, International Engagement

• Develop and implement All In's international strategy, monitoring the geopolitical landscape and translating intelligence into proactive recommendations.
• Lead year-round bilateral engagement with priority countries and multilateral institutions, and oversee flagship international activities such as COPs and Climate Weeks.
• Build and manage a small team, including senior part-time advisors and contractors, and serve on the senior leadership team.
• Cultivate and steward relationships with major domestic and international partners, and represent All In in international media and public forums.

This role amplifies U.S. subnational climate leadership on the global stage, driving international cooperation and accelerating climate action by connecting local governments to multilateral processes.

• 10+ years of experience in international climate policy or diplomacy.
• Existing relationships with key actors in the international climate system (national delegations, multilateral institutions, subnational networks).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, exceptional communication skills, and professional fluency in English.

Competitive compensation package: salary range $175,100-$209,090 based on experience.
