Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and implement All In's international strategy, monitoring the geopolitical landscape and translating intelligence into proactive recommendations.
  • Lead year-round bilateral engagement with priority countries and multilateral institutions, and oversee flagship international activities such as COPs and Climate Weeks.
  • Build and manage a small team, including senior part-time advisors and contractors, and serve on the senior leadership team.
  • Cultivate and steward relationships with major domestic and international partners, and represent All In in international media and public forums.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 10+ years of experience in international climate policy or diplomacy.
  • Existing relationships with key actors in the international climate system (national delegations, multilateral institutions, subnational networks).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, exceptional communication skills, and professional fluency in English.
