What you will drive
- Lead the design, implementation, and oversight of large-scale GIS projects across capital project delivery, site investigation, remediation, and due diligence.
- Provide advanced geospatial analysis and mapping, including remote sensing, permitting-related tabular impacts, site-selection, routing, and Web GIS Application Development.
- Develop and maintain enterprise GIS systems, including ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Server, and SQL geodatabases; author Python and ModelBuilder tools for automation.
- Mentor and coach junior GIS staff, lead a team of 2โ4 GIS professionals, and drive innovation in GIS workflows and service offerings.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Masterโs degree in Geoinformatics, Geography, Environmental Sciences, Geology, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of professional experience in Geospatial or environmental consulting.
- Expertise in ArcGIS platform (Pro, Online, Enterprise), Survey123, Field Maps, Python, JavaScript, .NET, C#, SQL, and web mapping frameworks (ArcGIS JavaScript API, Leaflet).
- Proven ability to lead technical teams, manage project budgets/schedules, and deliver client-focused solutions.
