Manager, Operations and Compliance

• Manage workflow for MOUs, contracts, and partnership agreements across global programs.
• Support day-to-day compliance with policies including IP, anti-corruption, and data privacy.
• Coordinate subsidiary in-country compliance and reporting for international program entities.
• Build and maintain processes, trackers, and documentation for operational workstreams.

This role ensures that AI solutions for health, agriculture, and education reach underserved communities globally by maintaining operational and compliance infrastructure that enables the organization to scale its impact.

• Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, nonprofit management, or equivalent experience.
• 4–7 years of experience in operations, program management, or nonprofit administration with international exposure.
• Strong process orientation and ability to manage contract workflows without being an attorney.
• Highly organized with excellent communication skills and tech-savvy, including AI tools.
