Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and plan the annual workshop calendar and long-term program strategy based on CEO direction.
- Analyze registration trends, participant feedback, and program performance data to recommend future programming.
- Recruit, cultivate, and manage relationships with external trainers, overseeing the recruitment pipeline.
- Review and refine workshop titles, descriptions, learning objectives, and content to ensure quality and alignment with standards.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Experience planning, coordinating, or managing educational programs, conferences, or professional development initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience identifying, recruiting, and cultivating facilitators, speakers, or subject matter experts.
- Excellent written communication, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Experience using Google Workspace, Trello, and Jotform or similar tools.
