How to Apply for Manager of Market Access Partnerships - Contractor

at Nest Inc.

🏢 About Nest Inc.

Nest Inc. is a nonprofit that supports over 3,500 artisan and maker businesses, primarily women and vulnerable populations, to build greater gender equity and economic inclusion globally. As a fully remote organization, Nest offers a flexible work environment where you can directly contribute to reimagining the future of work and empowering creative entrepreneurs. Working here means being part of a mission-driven team that values holistic programming and market access for overlooked communities.

About This Role

This 6-month contract role is responsible for the day-to-day execution, coordination, and partner success across Nest’s portfolio of global brand partnerships. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Brand Partnerships to ensure partnerships are delivered smoothly, align with strategic growth, and contribute to revenue expansion. Your work directly enables artisan businesses to access market opportunities and achieve long-term success.

💡 A Day in the Life

A typical day might involve coordinating with global brand partners via email and virtual calls, updating partnership trackers, preparing materials for upcoming meetings, and collaborating with the Senior Director on strategic priorities. You’ll also participate in weekly team meetings and a 60-minute touch-base with your supervisor to review progress and address any challenges. The work is fast-paced and requires balancing multiple partnerships while ensuring each receives high-quality attention.

🎯 Who Nest Inc. Is Looking For

  • Proven experience in partnership management, account coordination, or market access, ideally within a nonprofit, artisan, or creative economy context.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple global brand partnerships simultaneously and deliver consistently high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, comfortable working remotely and collaborating with senior leadership and external partners.
  • Passion for Nest’s mission of gender equity and economic inclusion, with a proactive and autonomous work style suited to a fully remote contractor role.
