- Lead the design, management, and execution of program evaluation and data analysis initiatives.
- Design survey instruments, oversee evaluation workflows, and conduct quantitative and qualitative data analysis.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Education, Evaluation, Social Sciences, or Data Analytics.
- 4+ years of professional experience in program evaluation or educational research.
- Intermediate statistical skills (descriptive/inferential statistics, dataset linking) and proficiency with survey and analysis software (Qualtrics, QuestionPro, SAS, R, or Python).
- Proven skill in constructing interactive data displays and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, Excel).
