Mission
What you will drive
- Manage FJC's learning, data, and evaluation strategies, including developing and refining systems aligned with FJC's Strategic Direction.
- Partner with impact teams and external partners to embed evaluation and data into program design and execution.
- Manage field-wide data initiatives such as Satisfaction Insights and Census, ensuring high-quality data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Translate data into actionable insights and collaborate with senior leadership to inform decision-making.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5-7 years of experience managing data, evaluation, learning, or research initiatives.
- Proven project management experience with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in statistical tools and research methodologies; familiarity with Microsoft 365, Salesforce, Asana, FormAssembly, Alchemer, Qualtrics, Decipher, R, Power BI, and AI software preferred.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to present to diverse audiences.
