Manager (Indiana)

• Serve as project manager for education transformation projects, managing workflows and stakeholder activities.
• Build and cultivate partnerships with state and district leaders, superintendents, and community stakeholders in Indiana.
• Conduct research and create custom materials to support project implementation and strategy.
• Travel up to 30% within Indiana to support rural communities and project implementation.

This role directly supports the design and implementation of innovative school models and rural collaboratives in Indiana, helping to improve educational outcomes for traditionally underserved students and communities.

• At least 3 years of work experience in K-12 education, higher education, workforce development, or consulting/strategic planning.
• Strong alignment with Empower Schools' mission and commitment to anti-racism, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize effectively, and build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, including PowerPoint proficiency, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
