Manager, Executive Support, Philanthropic Partnerships & Influence Team

• Provide high-level, proactive operational support to the Vice President of Philanthropic Partnerships & Influence (PPI), including calendar management, inbox triage, and drafting correspondence.
• Manage strategic projects, track tasks and timelines, and ensure alignment and decision-making for priority initiatives.
• Coordinate conferences, meetings, and travel logistics, preparing briefing materials and managing follow-through.
• Support organizational collaboration and contribute to a positive culture aligned with Thousand Currents' values.

This role enables the Vice President of PPI to focus on strategic leadership and impactful philanthropic partnerships, thereby amplifying the support for grassroots movements working on food, climate, and economic justice.

• Extensive experience in an executive support role, preferably for an executive with fundraising responsibilities.
• Excellent written communication, organizational, and time management skills; ability to manage up and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Asana, and Slack; Salesforce proficiency is an asset.
• Deep alignment with Thousand Currents' values and commitment to social and environmental justice.

Compensation: $97,000 USD annually. Benefits include health, dental, and vision cost reimbursement or stipend, 10 paid holidays plus open PTO, up to 16 weeks paid parental leave, $1,000 workspace stipend, wellness and work-from-home stipends, learning stipend, 4% retirement contribution, and sabbatical after seven years.
