Mission

What you will drive

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the Executive Office, including CEO calendar management, travel logistics, and expense reporting.
  • Partner with the Chief of Staff to align CEO priorities, manage board and donor engagements, and support cross-functional projects.
  • Develop and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and coordination across the Executive Office.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3-4 years of experience as an executive assistant, operations manager, personal assistant, or project coordinator.
  • Experience working in a layered organization with 200+ employees, ideally with C-suite leaders at nonprofits.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills; ability to manage complex schedules and multiple projects.
  • Located in the Eastern time zone or able to work aligned hours.
