Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and implement annual fundraising strategies to increase donor participation, retention, and overall giving.
- Lead annual pledge campaigns, Lancaster ExtraGive, year-end appeals, and other annual giving initiatives.
- Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward individual donors capable of making leadership-level and major gifts.
- Build and manage a portfolio of donor relationships and partner with Board members and staff to develop cultivation strategies.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Experience in fundraising, development, donor relations, nonprofit management, communications, or related fields.
- Excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to build authentic relationships with donors, volunteers, educators, and community partners.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; experience with donor databases or CRM systems (Bloomerang preferred).
