Major Gifts Officer - Dallas, Texas

• Develop and manage a portfolio of major donors and prospects in North Texas, cultivating relationships to secure gifts of $10,000+.
• Design and execute moves management plans to identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward supporters.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maximize fundraising outcomes and meet or exceed engagement and performance goals.

This role directly supports Covenant House's mission to end youth homelessness by securing critical funding from major donors, enabling the organization to expand services and provide housing, healing, and pathways to independence for young people experiencing homelessness.

• 2-5 years of major giving, nonprofit corporate partnership, or similar experience.
• Outstanding communication and persuasion skills; ability to excite others about the mission.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with donor data software preferred.

Remote position based in Greater Dallas area. Travel required up to 30% locally and once per year to NYC. Equal opportunity employer. Salary not specified.
