Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and manage a portfolio of major donors and prospects in North Texas, cultivating relationships to secure gifts of $10,000+.
  • Design and execute moves management plans to identify, qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward supporters.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maximize fundraising outcomes and meet or exceed engagement and performance goals.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 2-5 years of major giving, nonprofit corporate partnership, or similar experience.
  • Outstanding communication and persuasion skills; ability to excite others about the mission.
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with donor data software preferred.
