• Lead M&A transactions in the digital infrastructure sector, including preparation of business plans, information memoranda, and financial analysis.
• Develop business and originate new opportunities to grow the team's expertise in digital infrastructure.
• Manage client and investor relationships throughout deal execution.

This role supports the growth of digital infrastructure, including data centres, which are critical for enabling AI, cloud computing, and digital transformation, thereby driving economic and technological progress.

• 5-9 years of M&A experience in a lead advisory capacity.
• Robust financial and analytical skillset with mastery of Excel and PowerPoint.
