Literacy Instructor

• Oversee tutoring session logistics, including technical support, attendance tracking, and lesson sequence adjustments.
• Deliver literacy instruction and intervention aligned with Achieve Now’s curriculum, monitor student progress, and develop action plans.
• Maintain accurate records, participate in data review meetings, and contribute to program evaluation.

This role directly supports first- and second-grade students in building foundational literacy skills, promoting educational equity and long-term academic success.

• Experience working with children or in education-focused, community-based, or youth-serving organizations preferred.
• Knowledge of early literacy development (phonics, phonemic awareness, fluency, decoding) and the Science of Reading.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Zoom.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
