Legislative Strategist - Oklahoma

• Lead state policy campaign in Oklahoma to advance Prison Fellowship's policy initiatives.
• Build influence among state policymakers and coalition partners.
• Recruit and engage grassroots and grasstops supporters in target states.
• Collaborate with stakeholders at conferences and events, including in-prison meetings.

This role advances criminal justice reform and restorative justice policies, helping to break cycles of crime and restore human dignity for incarcerated individuals and their families.

• 2-5 years of experience in public policy, political systems, or justice system.
• 2-5 years of experience in coalition building and legislative process interaction.
• Bachelor's degree in public policy or related field; juris doctorate preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media platforms; strong analytical and communication skills.

Full-time remote position with heavy travel (up to 50%). Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, disability insurance, retirement account funding, flexible spending accounts, paid maternity and parental leave. Paid leave starts at 39 days after one year. Salary range: $55,000-$68,000.
