Legal Services Manager

• Provide direct legal advocacy to survivors of sexual violence, intimate partner violence, stalking, trafficking, hate crimes, and other interpersonal violence, linking them to supportive services.
• Serve as liaison and technical assistance provider to Sexual and Domestic Violence agencies, facilitating effective local advocacy connected to legal and community services.
• Collaborate with statewide agencies to ensure accessible resources for survivors, including trauma-informed services for legal challenges.
• Provide training on topics such as I-CAN, VVAN, Address Confidentiality program, Protective Orders, and Virginia Easy Access, and support the Statewide hotline.

This role directly supports survivors of interpersonal violence by connecting them to vital resources and legal advocacy, promoting safety, healing, and access to justice across Virginia.

• At least 5 years of experience within legal justice system(s) directly related to victim advocacy, services, and support.
• Outstanding legal advocacy skills and trauma-informed communication with survivors.
• Passion for racial and gender justice, healthy sexuality, and social change work.
• Direct and compassionate communication and negotiation skills; ability to work in a self-led team.
