Mission
What you will drive
- Provide direct legal advocacy to survivors of sexual violence, intimate partner violence, stalking, trafficking, hate crimes, and other interpersonal violence, linking them to supportive services.
- Serve as liaison and technical assistance provider to Sexual and Domestic Violence agencies, facilitating effective local advocacy connected to legal and community services.
- Collaborate with statewide agencies to ensure accessible resources for survivors, including trauma-informed services for legal challenges.
- Provide training on topics such as I-CAN, VVAN, Address Confidentiality program, Protective Orders, and Virginia Easy Access, and support the Statewide hotline.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 5 years of experience within legal justice system(s) directly related to victim advocacy, services, and support.
- Outstanding legal advocacy skills and trauma-informed communication with survivors.
- Passion for racial and gender justice, healthy sexuality, and social change work.
- Direct and compassionate communication and negotiation skills; ability to work in a self-led team.
