What you will drive

  • Draft and revise contracts, subgrants, and vendor agreements based on established templates.
  • Manage the lifecycle of legal documents and ensure proper record-keeping.
  • Perform legal due diligence for grantmaking entities and verify grantee compliance.
  • Assist with charitable solicitation registration filings and state agency requirements.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3-5 years of experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in contract administration or nonprofit compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to explain complex legal requirements to non-legal staff.
  • Exceptional digital organization skills.
