Legal Counsel (f/m/x)

• Advise internal teams on legal risks and help them find practical, workable solutions.
• Support the business on new market entries, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
• Own and improve legal processes, templates, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with current and future e-commerce, technology and platform regulations.

By ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risks, this role enables refurbed to scale its marketplace for refurbished products, making sustainable consumption more accessible and reducing CO₂ emissions across Europe.

• 5+ years of work experience in an in-house legal department or law firm.
• Strong understanding of data privacy law, e-commerce, platform and technology regulations.
• Solid generalist background with broad experience across commercial law, compliance, and regulatory topics.
• Degree in Austrian/German Law; excellent communication skills in English and German.
