Mission

What you will drive

  • Assist attorneys in representing formerly incarcerated individuals with legal barriers to reentry, including relief from legal financial obligations, vacating convictions, and criminal record clearance.
  • Manage client intake, communications, and case file systems to ensure efficient and high-quality legal services.
  • Prepare and file legal documents, obtain court records, and support logistics for mass assistance days and other advocacy events.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Lived experience with the criminal legal system preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of court filing protocols, legal terminology, and case management systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro; experience with LegalServer and Asana preferred.
