Learning & Development Partner

• Serve as a strategic thought partner to People Partners and leaders on learning and capability development.
• Design scalable tools, playbooks, learning pathways, and frameworks that build lasting capability.
• Consult on capability building needs, diagnose skill gaps, and align solutions with organizational priorities.
• Design and facilitate structured development programs and manage external learning vendors.

This role enables Zoox to build a scalable, sustainable approach to learning and capability development, empowering employees to grow and perform effectively, which is critical for advancing autonomous vehicle technology that aims to transform urban mobility and reduce transportation-related environmental impact.

• 6+ years of experience in L&D, organizational development, or related field.
• Strong consulting and advisory skills with ability to influence without authority.
• Experience building scalable learning infrastructure (playbooks, toolkits, frameworks).
• Strong project management and business acumen.
