- Support shaping an end-to-end talent development ecosystem from early careers to senior leadership.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Proven experience delivering learning and talent development initiatives in a global, matrix organisational context.
- Solid expertise in learning design, including needs analysis, solution development and quality standards across different formats.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to turn business needs into practical solutions.
- Masterโs degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
