Learning and Talent Consultant, Talent Experience

• Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify capability needs and shape learning and talent solutions.
• Translate strategic workforce priorities into practical, scalable development initiatives that support business performance.
• Lead the design and delivery of learning and talent programmes, ensuring quality, consistency, and measurable impact.
• Support shaping an end-to-end talent development ecosystem from early careers to senior leadership.

This role helps build the capabilities needed to deliver on Ramboll's strategy, contributing to sustainable change and a thriving world for nature and people.

• Proven experience delivering learning and talent development initiatives in a global, matrix organisational context.
• Solid expertise in learning design, including needs analysis, solution development and quality standards across different formats.
• Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to turn business needs into practical solutions.
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
