Lead User Acceptance Tester

• Develop and maintain UAT strategy and test plans, defining business use-case-based test scenarios and cases.
• Coordinate UAT execution across multiple workstreams, managing defect lifecycle and facilitating triage meetings.
• Collaborate with Agile development teams, supporting sprint-level testing, regression testing, and validation of automated workflows.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and ensure compliance with timelines and quality standards.

This role ensures the quality and reliability of enterprise-scale systems that support government and commercial clients, directly contributing to the successful delivery of transformative digital solutions that strengthen society and the natural world.

• BA/BS and 5+ years of experience in software testing, quality assurance, or UAT, with at least 2 years in a lead or management role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM) and test management tools (e.g., HP ALM, Zephyr).
• Basic SQL or data validation skills for backend checks.
