Mission
What you will drive
As Lead Product Manager, you will:
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for R&D products, including discovery, strategy, roadmap development, delivery, launch, evaluation, and iteration.
- Lead product discovery by engaging educators and stakeholders to understand needs and validate assumptions.
- Translate research and organizational priorities into product vision, requirements, and prioritized roadmaps.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that balance user value, feasibility, and organizational goals.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5+ years of progressively responsible product management experience leading complex, cross-functional products.
- Demonstrated success leading products through multiple lifecycle phases, including discovery, development, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments while balancing strategic thinking with execution.
- Experience using product performance data, analytics, user research, and stakeholder feedback to prioritize work and measure success.
Benefits

Salary range: $102,824 - $139,114 annually.
