How to Apply for Lead Product Manager
at Charge Point
๐ข About Charge Point
ChargePoint is the world's largest open EV charging network, operating since 2007 and publicly traded (NYSE: CHPT). What sets them apart is their sole focus on electric mobilityโthey don't just make charging hardware; they provide a comprehensive ecosystem of hardware, software, and mobile solutions across North America and Europe. Joining now means being part of a trillion-dollar market transition, working with automakers, utilities, and policymakers to make EV adoption a reality.
About This Role
As Lead Product Manager for Fleet, you will own the strategy and execution of ChargePoint's fleet charging solutions, directly impacting how businesses electrify their vehicle fleets. Reporting to the Senior Director of Data, Pricing and Roaming, you'll work at the intersection of product, data, and pricing to deliver scalable solutions that make fleet electrification seamless. This role is pivotal in driving ChargePoint's growth in the commercial fleet segment, a key pillar of the EV revolution.
๐ก A Day in the Life
A typical day might involve meeting with engineering to review progress on a fleet charging feature, analyzing usage data to identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with the pricing team to refine a new fleet pricing model. You'll also engage with customers to gather feedback, align with sales on go-to-market strategies, and present product updates to senior leadership. Expect a mix of strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on problem-solving.
